ORDERING AND MAKING PAYMENTS.

WEBSITE ORDERS

If placing an order on our website and paying via direct transfer, please ensure payment is made within the timeframe specified in the order confirmation message/email.

If your order is cancelled due to your payment not being received, place another order on our website before making payment.

NOTE: if payment is made after the order is cancelled and the product is no longer available, your payment will be converted to store credit (usable within 1 month) or approximately 7.5% (or current VAT rate) plus bank charges will be deducted from your payment before the difference is refunded to you.

 

WHATSAPP ORDERS

If placing an order via Whatsapp, ensure payment is made ONLY after the total bill/invoice of your order, which includes delivery fees and any other related fee, is sent to you by our customer service agent.
Also ensure payment is made within the timeframe specified with the account details, otherwise your order becomes invalid.

NOTE: if the product becomes unavailable and payment is made without reconfirming the availability of the product(s) after the given timeframe elapses, your payment will be converted to store credit (usable within 1 month) or approximately 7.5% (or current VAT rate) plus bank charges will be deducted from your payment before the difference is refunded to you.

 

IMPORTANT

Paying for a product seen on our website without following due process of placing an order via our website or Whatsapp IS NOT AN ORDER.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDERED VIA WHATSAPP (08098361220)

1. Send the picture of the product(s) you want to purchase from our website (www.Laraholic.ng).
2. Send your name, contact number and full delivery details.
3. An invoice/total bill, which includes the delivery fee (or any other related fee) will be sent to you.
4. Account details with payment timeframe will also be sent to you.
5. Make payment within the specified timeframe and send proof of payment to complete your purchase.

NOTE: Whatsapp messages are attended to only during working hours (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
